Windows 2000 Pro, 2000 Server, 2000 Advanced Server DSL Setup

Start out by Clicking Start. Then go to Settings and then click
on Network and Dialup Connections.



A new Window will open and you will see a Local Area Connection Icon. Right click on it and chose Properties.



In the list of Components chose Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and Click on Properties.



Make sure that Use the following IP address is selected and refer to your setup sheet for your IP address, Subnet an Gateway. Input the IP Address, Subnet, and Default Gateway in their respective fields. Then input your Preferred and Alternate DNS Servers and Click OK. Then click on OK to close the Local Area Connection Properties window.
